GWM seminar for South African expats in Abu Dhabi a great success
With the proposals of the treasury causing concern amongst international workers around the globe, GWM hosted a seminar discussing how the proposed international tax changes could affect South African expats living and working in the Middle East.
Taking place at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club and attended by over 100 guests, guest speaker David Denton of Old Mutual International also discussed how South African expats can protect against the volatility of the Rand, the planned introduction of a national 'property tax' and how to use their international status to effectively expatriate their savings.
