COVID-19 - The action we are taking to continue to provide you with continuation of service

At GWM we are keeping very close to the news and the impact that COVID-19 is having around the globe. As such, we have now taken the necessary steps to implement our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) so as to ensure continuation of services to our clients along with ensuring safety of our staff.

With effect from Monday 16th March our London and Geneva offices will be closed for a minimum period of 14 days. Our other offices around the globe are currently under review and may follow suit within the next week.

All Advisors and their support staff will be working from their homes, where an office closedown has been implemented. We have aligned all systems and processes to ensure there is no impact to our service levels.

Thanks to our ongoing commitment to integrating cutting edge technology into our business, we are able to ensure you continue to receive the usual support and service during this unsettled period

To ensure we are adhering to the advised “social distancing”, the majority of review meetings will be conducted through remote communication channels.
